Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home. However, PLEASE NOTE they can provide sick lines if necessary following the 7 day self certification period.

Urgent advice: Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:

  • you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
  • your condition gets worse
  • your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

We are a ZERO Tolerance Practice. This means we will NOT tolerate any threatening or aggressive behaviour or language towards any of our staff or patients. Unfortunately you will be removed from our practice list without further discussion and will have to find another practice.

Care Navigation has been rolled out to GP Practices in the Derry Area
Our Multi-disciplinary Team is expanding in the practice and with this the role of Practice Administration staff is growing and changing. We now have a Pharmacist,Mental Health Worker and Social Worker on site to deal with your needs.Care Navigation will increasingly form part of the Practice receptionists’ role to ensure that all members of the GP Practice team are fully utilised and GP time is freed up for direct patient care. Care Navigation uses Signposting by our reception staff to help patients receive the right care from the right Professional at the right time.

We will be closed for the St Patrick's Bank Holiday on Monday 18th March 2024 .
