Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home. However, PLEASE NOTE they can provide sick lines if necessary following the 7 day self certification period.

CONSULTATIONS

We offer prebookable Face to Face appointments for both the GPs and Mental Health Practitioner which are released SEVEN days in advance. We also offer same day Face to Face appointments. PLEASE ring as early as possible from 8.30am in the morning as once capacity is reached we will be dealing with urgent requests for the remainder of the day and you will be asked to ring back at another suitable time. There are some phone call slots for patients who decline a Face to Face appointment. We are constantly reviewing our appointment system to reflect demand.

Practice receptionists will take a brief history of the problem that you are calling about so that they can divert you to the most suitable member of the team to help you with that problem. All information is treated confidentially. Thank you for your cooperation.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
